Accommodation

Limited accommodation is available in the University and Local guest houses. Thus, most of the delegates will be accommodated in nearby hotels. List of some hotels close to the conference venue is given below. As January is the peak season for tourists and some other important conferences are also scheduled in the city around the same dates, you are requested to book your accommodation as early as possible. Conveyance from the place of stay to the conference venue will be arranged.

Besides, there are a few hotels in the tariff range of Rs.1000-2000 (negotiated rates for double beds). The delegates may send their request to the Convention secretariat with an advance of at least Rs.3000/- (Rupees three thousand) only (in the account of ISAE CONVENTION 2016, details of account number and bank code, etc.are available in convention brochure or under the "registration page") for booking such rooms and the requests will be attended on first come first serve basis.
